HERA Innovation Centre: Purpose-Built Innovation Building

Tino Structures was engaged by Gaze Commercial Limited as the Structural Engineer for the new development of the HERA Innovation Centre building at 17 Gladding Place, Manukau, Auckland. The scope of our services includes concept, preliminary, developed and detailed structural design, Building Consent documentation and construction monitoring.

Fleet Residences: New Eight-Storey Apartment Building

Tino Structures was engaged by the property developer as the Structural Engineer for the Fleet Residences project. We also acted as the Lead Consultant and led the wider design team including the architect, resource consent planner, land surveyor, civil engineer, building services engineer, geotechnical engineer, fire engineer, acoustic consultant, building enclosure engineer, manufacturers and suppliers. In doing so, we provided inputs and developed design and documentation for Resource Consent and Building Consent.

Citigroup Centre: Fifteen-Storey high-rise office tower

Tino Structures was engaged by EQ Struc Limited to provide key technical services on the Citigroup Centre building for the leading NZX-listed property group, Argosy Property Limited. The subject building is an existing fifteen-storey high-rise Reinforced Concrete (RC) framed structure.

Elam University Hall: Fourteen-Storey High-Rise Student Accommodation Building

Elam University Hall is an existing fourteen-storey high-rise student accommodation building with 468 prefabricated timber modules supported by conventional concrete and steel structures. The University of Auckland is the owner of the Elam University Hall building. Dr John Jing, Founder and Director of Tino Structures worked closely with The University of Auckland’s research team, led by Professor Charles Clifton, in a recent project to carry out an alternative modular design of the structure of the existing building and demonstrate compliance with Clause B1 of the New Zealand Building Code (NZBC).
